At Love at First Paw, we are dedicated to ensuring every customer receives a healthy, happy puppy and a smooth, stress-free experience. Because each puppy represents a living being and not a product, our refund and return policy is carefully designed to protect both the buyer and the breeder while prioritizing the puppy’s welfare.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once payment has been made and your puppy’s delivery or pickup has been confirmed, all sales are considered final.
Puppies are living animals — once they leave our care, they cannot be returned or resold as new.
2. Health Guarantee
Each puppy from Love at First Paw comes with a 10-year health commitment that covers congenital and hereditary conditions as stated in our Health Guarantee Agreement.
If your puppy is found to have a verified genetic or congenital condition within the covered period, we will:

Offer a replacement puppy of equal value or

Issue a partial refund as outlined in our Health Guarantee terms.
To qualify, a licensed veterinarian must provide documentation within the specified timeframe.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

A verified health condition or misrepresentation before delivery

The breeder or Love at First Paw cannot fulfill your order (e.g., due to unavailability or unforeseen circumstances)

Duplicate payment or billing error
Refunds are not granted for:

Change of mind or preference

Allergies or family disagreement

Failure to receive approval from a landlord or local regulations

Delays caused by weather, travel restrictions, or carrier availability
4. Delivery and Transport
All puppies are delivered with extreme care through our trusted handlers. Once the puppy has been released to the carrier or picked up in person, Love at First Paw is no longer responsible for transport-related issues unless otherwise covered by our delivery guarantee.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification and approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
