1. Delivery Overview

We proudly offer nationwide delivery across the United States. Each delivery is handled with professionalism and compassion to ensure your puppy’s journey is as safe and stress-free as possible.

Our deliveries are arranged only after your puppy has completed all necessary health checks and vaccinations, as verified by a licensed veterinarian.


2. Delivery Coordination

Once your purchase is confirmed and your puppy is ready for travel:

  • Our Delivery Team will contact you to schedule the most convenient delivery date.

  • You’ll receive regular updates and a tracking link where applicable.

  • A representative will confirm delivery details 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival.


3. Delivery Methods

All deliveries are white-glove handled by trusted, USDA-certified transport partners specializing in animal care.

Depending on your location and your puppy’s age or breed, delivery may be completed via:

  • Ground Transportation: For shorter distances, ensuring comfort and frequent breaks.

  • Air Transport: For longer distances, following airline-approved live animal travel standards.

Each puppy travels in a climate-controlled, comfortable, and secure environment with water, soft bedding, and constant monitoring.


4. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our team directly to confirm availability and requirements.


5. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location, distance, and the transport method required.
All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to final payment.


6. Delivery Timeline

Once your puppy is cleared for travel, delivery typically occurs within 5–10 business days.
Factors such as weather, airline schedules, or health certifications may occasionally affect delivery timing.


7. Delivery Confirmation

Upon arrival, your puppy will be personally handed to you or your authorized representative.
You will receive:

  • A Puppy Care Guide

  • Health Certificate & vaccination records

  • Purchase confirmation and breeder details

You may also be asked to confirm safe receipt of your puppy via email or message.


8. Payment Before Delivery

All payments must be completed in full prior to delivery scheduling. Delivery cannot be arranged until payment has been confirmed and verified.
